System operates from a "removable" software cartridge which stores 20 different protocols.

System's internal filter wheel houses 6 filters, as follows: 405nm, 450nm, 490nm, 540nm, 630nm and 650nm.

Standard configuration accepts single and double microwell strips, has a built-in alphanumeric and graphic printer and RS-232 Serial Port.
